2026年6月29日から7月2日まで、神戸国際会議場で開催された「IBS2026」に神戸大学として出展しました。会期中は、海外の政府要人、国内外の研究者や学生、企業関係者など、計72名の方々にブースへお越しいただきました。
ブースでは、展示ポスターの掲示をはじめ、パンフレットや最新の研究成果に関するプレスリリースなどを配布しました。今回の展示は、J-PEAKS事業の一環として神戸大学が進めているバイオものづくりのプロジェクト「KUEB（Kobe University Engineering Biology Project）」を主軸としたものです。
75名の研究者が参画するKUEBでは、“Making small, big” というスローガンのもと、『小さな「いのち」の存在が大きな「地球規模の課題」を解決する。その可能性に神戸大学が挑んでいます』 というコンセプトを掲げ、日々研究に邁進しています。

Kobe University had an exhibition booth at IBS2026, held at the Kobe International Conference Center from June 29 to July 2, 2026. The booth welcomed 72 visitors, including a foreign government dignitary, domestic and international researchers, students, and corporate representatives. Along with the exhibition posters, we distributed brochures and press releases highlighting our latest research results.
The main theme of our exhibit was KUEB (Kobe University Engineering Biology Project), a engineering biology initiative being implemented under the J-PEAKS program. With 75 participating researchers, KUEB operates under the slogan ”Making small, big.” Guided by the concept: Kobe University is exploring how “small” lives can solve “big” global challenges.
